# Ticket Component SPEC Review
Source: `projects/gbservicedesk/master/ticket/ticket.component.spec.ts`

## Key Findings
1. High: spec file is empty.
   - Reference: `ticket.component.spec.ts` (0 bytes).
   - Impact: no regression protection for complex flows (create/update/close/reassign/resend, async orchestration, modal state, attachment, date logic).

## Recommended Test Coverage
1. Initialization
   - Handles missing/invalid `LoginDTO` safely.
   - Handles missing menu editable config safely.
2. API flow
   - `CreateTicketFun()` success path and attachment upload branch.
   - `CloseTicketFun()` waits for contact retrieval before close call.
   - `ResendToAvailable()` timer cancellation on destroy.
3. Validation
   - Alloted validation blocks when call type/nature are not selected.
   - Closed time validation for invalid values.
4. UI behavior
   - Modal open/close state transitions.
   - Create vs update button visibility based on `selectedId`.
5. Date/time
   - Date conversion/parsing utilities with edge cases.

## Suggested Priority
1. Start with service interaction tests around close/create flows (highest functional risk).
2. Add timer/lifecycle tests to prevent memory and post-destroy side effects.
3. Add template behavior tests for form submit semantics and modal states.
