Bundles

Backend gap: no Bundle.svc exists (no BundleId-keyed CRUD, no list-by-client). Only Entitlement.svc/GetBundle is available, which issues/returns the current signed bundle for a client. This screen is bespoke for that reason — see the component header comment for detail. Historical/superseded bundle browsing needs a new backend endpoint before it can be built.
