Flag Targets

Backend gap: FeatureFlag.svc exposes only AddTarget / RemoveTarget — there is no list endpoint, so no targets grid can be rendered here yet. Use the audit log (Feature Flags → flag detail) to find a target's FlagTargetId for removal. Also note: the real FeatureFlagTargetDTO has no Description field, so it is not part of this form.

Add Target
